Philipp Liesbrock is a Berlin-based diplomat with the German Federal Foreign Office. After graduating from the Foreign Service Academy in Berlin, he worked as Head of the Visa Section at the German Embassy in Accra/Ghana, before being posted as the Head of the Legal Section to Panama City/ Panama and more recently Cape Town/South Africa. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of London and a Master’s degree in Open E-Government.
