Dr. Kenechukwu Ikebuaku is an award-winning development scholar, youth development specialist, and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Mozisha, Africa's Skills Factory, which nurtures top African technology talents and connects them with businesses worldwide. Through its innovative, practice-based training model—which includes immersive skills training, capstone projects, mentorship, and apprenticeship programmes—Mozisha has become a catalyst for unleashing the untapped potential in African youth. In addition to his role at Mozisha, Dr. Kenechukwu serves as a doctoral advisor at the University of Lusaka, where he provides support to PhD students at Zambia's largest private university. Before establishing Mozisha, Dr. Kenechukwu worked as a Project Officer and Researcher at the Enterprise Development Centre of Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos. In this role, he played a vital role in rolling out youth entrepreneurship and employment programmes across Nigeria. Driven by an unwavering passion, Dr. Kenechukwu envisions a world where every young African is empowered to reach their full potential. In his leisure time, he enjoys cooking, playing chess, and bodybuilding.
