Chinazo Okoye

Mrs Chinazo Okoye is a Legal and Development Practitioner with over 12 years’ experience in human rights, women and youth empowerment, enterprise development, sustainability, policy and advocacy. Her expertise spans across project management, content development, legal and regulatory matters, and strategic planning. Chinazo's interest lies in fostering youth and women empowerment through enterprise development as well as understanding the role of human rights in economic development. She currently works with the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) as the Programme Coordinator and Policy Advisor, Pro-poor Growth and Promotion of Employment in Lagos-Nigeria. Prior to joining GIZ, Mrs Chinazo was the Senior Project Manager at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan-Atlantic University.
