Victor Amadi

Victor Amadi having obtained his Doctor of Laws (LLD) degree in Mercantile and Labour Law, from the University of the Western Cape (UWC), South Africa is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the Centre for Comparative Law in Africa (CCLA), University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa. He currently acts as the managing editor for the Journal of Comparative Law in Africa and is involved in various teaching and supervisory roles at the CCLA. Prior to his LLD, Victor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Law (LLM) degree from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. Victor has been involved in several academic related activities including tutoring the Laws of Property and Delict as a Graduate Lecturing Assistant between the years 2014 to 2017, being a writing coach with the School of Postgraduate Studies (DPGS), University of the Western Cape, South Africa.
